This article addresses the issue of raising and educating children in the digital age, which is a challenge for adults, both parents and teachers. The author emphasizes the idea that the child must be prepared for the confrontations of the digital world with its stage of growth and development, being helped and monitored by parents. Thus, parents must contribute to the education of children with digital citizenship and online resilience, able to take care of themselves, their safety not only in the real but also virtual environment.
