Studiul are drept scop evidenţierea corelaţiei dintre rezultatele tratamentului neoadjuvant în carcinoamele mamare şi gradul de expresie al HER2. La baza cercetărilor s-a afl at un lot de 120 de paciente cu cancer al glandei mamare, testate imunohistochimic pentru HER2 şi supuse tratamentului neoadjuvant (radio- şi chimioterapie). Din aceste date preventive reiese că nu există o oarecare corelaţie între patomorfoza postterapeutică şi expresia HER2 în cancerul mamar. Cercetările ulterioare vor confi rma veridicitatea acestor date.

In the recent study we analyzed the correlation between the outcomes of neoadjuvant therapy of breast carcinoma and the level of HER2 expression. 120 patients with breast cancer were tested imunohistochemically for HER2 and underwent neoadjuvant therapy (radio- and chemotherapy). According to obtained data it doesn’t exist any correlation between the grade of posttherapeutical pathomorphosis and the level of HER2 expression in breast carcinoma. The future confi rmation of these results is needed.
