This article approaches an actual problem of modern education, it is about online learning in the context of the societal challenges. Here we specified the main elements for creating e-learning situations, and principles of online learning. At the same time, we ascertained the basic aspects in online learning and the ways to achieve online learning. We identified the most effective digital tools that are widely applied. There we propose for teachers an effective planning of online learning wich are focused on two phases: the first one is the design phase of online learning and the second one is organization and unfolding of online learning. |
