| Rezumat | ||||||
Education is the factor necessarily involved in optimal human mental development. The vision of education is not to make the information available to the student, but to lead him so that through the flow of his ideas generated by the acquisition of information he can use the concepts later. The two social existences, the teacher and the student, collaborate in the educational process so that the student becomes a creative, independent personality, up to the aspirations, triggering the student the biopsychic energy necessary to assimilate the information. Some theorists believe that positive reinforcements are the most effective way to motivate students to the desired results. |
