The stability of various types of epoxide binders (epoxy-anhydrate and epoxy-amine) for polymer-composite reinforcement (PCR) in the alkaline environment of the concrete (simulated with the help of water-cement suspension) at 23 °C and 80 °C has been studied. It is established that the sorption of water solution Ca(0H)2 is accompanied by destruction of polymers and leads to the plasticization and, as a result, to the decrease in micro-hardness and to the increase in bending resistance.
