The subject of the article focuses on the study of the impact of the evaluation of the professional performances of civil servants on the process of public administration in Chisinau. For this purpose, the practice of implementing the stages of the evaluation processes was elucidated. Therefore, the research results lead to the idea that the evaluation process is applied by managers only as a motivational tool and not to increase efficiency in achieving objectives. |
