The article ,,The impact of the European and international institutional framework which the Republic of Moldova is part on local autonomy” aims to analyse the role of membership to relevant institutions and how this influences the national rules. The membership to important European and international structures plays a key-role for the Republic of Moldova in improving its legislation and institutional framework in the field of public administration, and especially of local autonomy. The regular monitorization, reports and recommendations on specific challenges that faces Moldova help the system to keep its way to democracy and European standards. All of this makes the country more responsible not only in front of these institutions but especially in relation to the inhabitants and local authorities.
