Social cohesion is approached from the perspective of strategies developed by the Council of Europe. The article presents social cohesion as an innovative, constantly developing and complementary strategy. The sections of the article analyze the stages of institutionalizing social cohesion in the documents and administrative units of the Council of Europe. All of these had consequences for cohesion policies implemented by the member states of the Council of Europe. The results of the research contribute to the current debate on how the Republic of Moldova contributes to the strengthening of its policies in the field of social cohesion. |
