In article problems of innovative development of the Russian society are considered. Relevance of researches on this scientific problem is caused by need of philosophical judgment of a role of innovative social life in the sphere. Transformation of society is presented as natural result of the amplifying influence of technology. Innovative development as a social phenomenon covers the process of updating of social reality providing the whole package of measures, since development of ideas, development of technology of their input, a complex of administrative decisions, management, forecasting and planning of the expected future result, and also economic, social and political effect. Suspension of taking measures and introduction of innovations assumes the analysis of the valid condition of the country, its economic, social, resource opportunities. Innovations are the major engine in strategy of the state.
