The article discusses the main aspects of ensuring gender equality of women in the Russian Federation and the United States of America. The advantages and disadvantages of state systems in the field of ensuring this equality are analyzed. A comprehensive analysis of the gender laws of both countries has been implemented. The areas of women’s activity in which they are subjected to discrimination and abuse, as well as the status of women in modern Russia and the USA, are examined. |
