This article analyzes the legal regulation of the seizure of land for state and municipal needs. The bases of legal regulation of alienation of land plots are revealed. The importance of determining the state and municipal needs in the seizure of land is highlighted. Interrelation of the bases of withdrawal of the land plots for the state and municipal needs with subjects of reference of the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation and municipalities is defined. |
