This article substantiates the need to introduce a new concept into the theory of national security - innovative security. The main need for this is caused by the processes caused by the fourth industrial revolution. They are reflected both in the institutional structures of the state and society, and in the development of the individual. The author concludes that only innovative security will ensure effective innovative development and maintain a stable state of social and socio-economic systems. |
