Rezumat

We evaluated the in vitro antioxidant capacity of polyphenols extracts, employing DPPH,
FRAP, ABTS methods and ferrozina test for iron chelating capacity. As part of this study, we have
determined the total content of phenols, flavonoids, polysaccharides and the influence of different factors on extraction efficacy.
