Rezumat

The article examines the essence of the concept of innovative potential enterprises, the classification of its components and the directions of their influence on the formation are systematized potential; studied the direction of management, which allow increase the cost of innovation potential and the effect of it uses. Factors of increase are considered competitiveness of the enterprise due to the existing innovative potential on specific examples.
