Rezumat

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of the use of questionnaires by the National Bank of Poland in the process of forecasting changes in the credit sector. The article presents the survey methodology, analysis of questionnaires results for business structures, and ranking of credit terms and reasons for changes in the credit policy of commercial banks.
