The article updates the need to predict the development of the agro-industrial complex of the region based on the application of the foresight methodology. It is shown that the modern methodology of carrying out foresight research is quite flexible and multidimensional, has wide targeted application at different hierarchical levels of management. The results of foresight -forecasting of meat production volumes in agro-formations of the Non-сhernozem zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan for three alternative scenarios are presented. It is summed up that the foresight should be used as a tool for designing a strategy for the development of the agro-industrial complex at the regional level. |
