The transition of the housing sector to a credit financing model is designed to solve the important social problem of minimizing the risks of home buyers in the primary market. At the same time, it is important that the housing market and housing construction develop steadily, without leading to the accumulation of systemic risks. This necessitated consideration in the work of the main problems and possible risks associated with this transition. |
