The article substantiates the marketing approach to the formation of assortment policy in entrepreneurial activity of a retail trade enterprise. The financial results of entrepreneurial activity of Tavria-V LLC, the assortment of confectionery products in the marshmallow segment, the depth, breadth and novelty of the assortment of confectionery products are analyzed. Recommendations on improving the assortment policy of the trading company are offered. |
