The identity of specialised languages is given by a unitary system of interconnected concepts and relations, in accordance with certain notional, structural, specialty, and etymological criteria – which represent the general objective of our study. The study of the Greek and Latin bases, of the concepts’relationship typology – depending on their individual features, on the relationship between terminology and ontology are the derived objectives. The approach is descriptive-linguistic and contrastive. The general conclusion of the study is that terminology, present day concepts are culturally dense and have individual histories, the first place among them being taken by the Greek- Latin model.
