Rezumat | ||||||
Algele servesc în calitate de indicatori biologici, devenind componente obligatorii în aprecierea stării ecosistemelor acvatice, inclusiv evaluarea saprobității și troficității acestora. În rezultatul proceselor metabolice ele elimină în mediul înconjurător o serie de substanțe, care pot influența creșterea și dezvoltarea plantelor. În condiții de laborator au fost supuse cultivării unele specii de alge colectate din lacul „La Izvor”. Extractul algal obținut din speciile Scenedesmus spinosus și Zygnema sp. conține o cantitate mai mare de substanțe biologic active, care au provocat stimularea creșterii plantulelor de grâu, în special la etape ontogenetice avansate de dezvoltare. |

As a result of the metabolic processes, they eliminate in the environment a series of substances, which can influence the growth and development of plants. Under laboratory conditions, some species of algae collected from the Lake „La Izvor” were subjected to cultivation. The algal extract obtained from the species Scenedesmus spinosus and Zygnema sp. contains a greater quantity of biologically active substances, which have stimulated the growth of wheat plantlets,
