Rezumat | ||||||
The well determined legal status of the civil servant ensures the efficient governance by the public authorities. The existence of the European Union determines the organization and functioning of a new body of officials specific to the European landscape, a body that presents features distinct from both those of the national civil servants and of the international officials. The legal construct designed to meet the staffing needs of an efficient European administration, the civil service in European countries is linked to a strong body of officials that actively works to support the work of public administration in European countries. |
