The analysis of the particularities of the management of the primary health care (PHC) in the field of the supervision of child’s development raises much interest from the international experts (WB, UNICEF, WHO), and fellow workers from the Ministry of Health. The management of PHC services that are provided to families with children is not always widely applied. This work gives the possibility to highlight through SWOT analysis method the PHC, applying the step-by-step implementation of Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses (IMCI) at program in the PHC service, through the description of the standards of medical supervision of the early age children, as managerial measures of strengthening it in republic.

Анализ особенностей первичной медицинско-санитарной помощи (ПМСП) в области мониторинга развития ребёнка вызывает значительный интерес со стороны международных экспертов (Всемирный Банк, ЮНИСЕФ, ВОЗ), а также сотрудников Министерства Здравохранения республики. Менеджемент ПМСП предоставляемая семьям с детьми не всегда был широко применён. Эта работа даёт возможность выделить в услугах ПМСП, с помощью метода - анализа SWOT, эпаты реализации программы Интегрированного Ведения Болезней Детского Возраста (ИВБДВ), и также описывает стандарты наблюдения за здоровым ребёнком в раннем возрасте, укрепление мер в области его управления в республике.
