In this article the author has presented the principles of financial titles analysis within those two schools of analysis: the school of fundamental analysis and the school of technical analysis. The importance of techniques and evaluation methods knowledge's practiced within these current of analysis derive from the complexity of primary information's used within the analysis and the evaluation aspects based on different principles. Therefore the school of basic analysis propose defining techniques of estimative value of the shares arising from the aspects of economic-financial activity of the company, then the technique analysis use the sources furnished by the stock exchanges regarding the price evolution on the market.
