Teza

The metabolism equilibrium has a great importance in the process of animal
growing. Intensive technologies, as a rule, use a standard alimentation. This
makes difficult the begging of rate concerning nutritive ingredients, especially of
vitamins and mineral substances. This, eventually leades to a disequilibration
of the metabolism of animals with the following consequences: the diminuation
of the resistance and of the productivity of animals [1]. Vitamin B12 has special
importance from this point of view because of its involvment in different
biochemical and physiological processes. Regarding this, our purpose was to
study the influence of sulphate of dithiourea[(bis-dimethylglioximato)]cobalt(II
I) on some indexes of unspecific resistance on pigs at the early post native
period.
Five pigs of Big White breed where used in the experiment. The investigation
was carried out in usual conditions on a particular farm from the village of
Sadaclia, District - Basarabeasca. The substance was administrated per os,
dosage 0,15mg of dry substance per kilo of a living mass for 5 days, starting
with the 7th day of birth. Trombocites indexes were studied by photocolorimetre
methods in the samples of blood taken from pig sbefore and 10 days after the
experiment.
Average brutto weight in the experimental group was 2,95±0,3 kg after 10
days of compound administration. It went 1,92 kg up (M=4,87±0,6, P<0,05).
The experiment data proved that the complex administration influence positively
the trombocite index on pigs.
