Teza

Cobalt(III) dyoxymates are of great interest for coordination chemistry and
are bio-technological objects, because they are used in medicine, micro-biology
and animal breeding [1]. The accumulation and systematization of experimental
data about the connection between the structure of the complexes and their
biological activity can make easier and move profund the understanding of the
processes that take place in the biological systems. It is weel known that cobalt
compounds have a large spectrum of biological activity. Five pigs of Big White
breed where used in the experiment. The research took place in usual conditions,
on a particular farm from the village of Sadaclia, District - Basarabeasca. The
substance was administrated per os, dosage 0,15mg of dry substance per kilo of
a living mass for 5 days, starting with the 7th day of birth. In the samples of blood
taken from pigs before and 10 days after the experiment were studied some
indexes of leucocytes formula: the content of leucocytes, the concentration of
lymphocyte, monocites and number of granulocyte.
Conclusions:
-The administration of dithiourea[bis-(dimethylglioximato)]cobalt (III)
sulphate has a selective influence on the leucocytes formula of the pigs.
-The coordination complex generates a growing of the leucocytes with 5,9
(103/ μl)
-The use of the complex influence positively the number of leucocytes (103/
μl growth).
