Rezumat

Recently appeared the need to create a genetic bank of outstanding guard dogs of the Russian Federation. In the present time the lack of the standards system in veterinary medecine that is related with animal reproduction, limits the ability to secure proper health of the dogs. Artificial insemination provides a great opportunities in the selections of females and males females and males, because storage and transportation of sperm of the best breeder allows to use it within the area county and even some countries. Artificial insemination of dogs is already used in many countries: USA. Canada, UK, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, Finland. In the insemanation of females using freshly prepared, chiled or frozen semen. At the department of  акушерство, gynecology and Bioengeneering of animal reproduction in Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology . K.I Scriabin develope national  standards on fresh gathered semen, and also improve  methotds of artificial insemination by using domestic insruments according the requirements of the Code land animals.
