Rezumat

The aim was to study the milk prodaction and microbiological parameters of milk depending on the season of calving cows. Studies carried out in the period 2012 - 2013 gg LLC "Rise-Maxim" Ternopil region. Of the number of cows analog origin and age were formed 4 groups of cows on 10 of each. As a result was established staphylococcus in milk cows all groups throughout lactation. Minimum number was found in the summer (6 × 10³ - 11,1 × 10³ CFU / ml). From these data, it follows that the number of staphylococci largely varies depending on the season than the season of calving cows of different groups.
