Rezumat | |||||
The main purpose of the investigation was to estabilishe the influence of biomass and liquid extract of streptomycetes on some blood biochemical indices in chickens and on the componece and presence of pathological intestinal microflora. Both, biomasa as well as cultural fluid was administered in combifeed and in drinking water every day. As results was estabilished that the chiekens from the experimental groups had higher indices of total protein in blood serum and increased body mass. At the same time the bacteriological examination of intestinal contents confirm the absence of virulente strains of microorganisms.For this reson it posible to mentioned that the biomas and cultural liquine of streptomycetes has a beneficial influence on chicken organism in speciali as a body general imunostimulator and also has inhibitory action against patogemne microorganisms from the intestine of chickens. |
