Rezumat

The authors report their own experience in hip revision of the prosthetic components due to an aseptic loosening. А series of 87 patients with aseptic loosening occurred at а period of 2,5 months till 12 years postoperatively. Bone deformities were assessed by the W.G. Paprosky classification. In the type 3 dеfects, the authors propose an original method of bone grafting.

Авторы приводят собственный опыт в ревизионном эндопротезировании асептической нестабильности протезных компонентов. Были прооперированы 87 пациентов, у которых произошла асептическая нестабильность протезных компонентов в периоде от 2,5 лет до 12 лет после первичной артропластики. Дефекты вертлужной впадины и бедренного компонента были класифицированы по шкале Папроски. При дефектах 3 типа авт о р ы п р ед л а г а ю т собственный метод костной пластики.
