In the last decades there are many discussions about inter-relations between chronic viral hepatitis C (CVHC) and insulinoresistance (IR), that may be appreciated with the index HOMA. There were investigated 39 patients with CVHC in different phases of viral infection, with various transaminazes activities. We used modified indexes HOMA and Caro a jeun at the 60th and 120th minutes after stimulation with glucose and euphylline (GET). We determined that HOMA-GET and Caro-GET are sensible in appreciating of IR. There are links between the IR and phases of viral infection C and transaminazes (ALT, AST) activities. In active viral infection and high transaminazes levels the more important abnormalities of HOMA and Caro indexes were appreciated at 120th minutes of GET. The proposed method is simple and may increase the quality of IR determination in CVHC, and as a result contributes to the early IR correction and the improvement of the disease prognosis. |

Было обследовано 39 пациентов с ХВГ С в различных фазах вирусной инфекции, с различной степенью активности печеночного процесса. Для определения ИР использовались модифицированные индексы HOMA и Caro натощак и в динамике оригинального эуфилинглюкозного нагрузочного теста (ЭГТ). Выявлена высокая чувствительность HOMA-ЭГТ и Caro-ЭГТ при определении ИР. Обнаружена взаимосвязь между показателями ИР с фазами вирусной инфекции и активностью трансаминаз (АЛТ, АСТ). В активной фазе вирусной инфекции и при высокой степени активности печеночного процесса наиболее значимые изменения показателей HOMA-ЭГТ и Caro-ЭГТ наблюдались на 120 мин. нагрузочного теста.
