Viral hepatitis C represents a world problem at the social, economic and medical level. The study includes 64 patients with acute viral hepatitis C of 44,36±1,58 years. The onset period of acute C viral hepatitis includes the following characteristics: the decreased number of lymphocytes T and increased of large afi nity the lymphocytes active E, E termostabile, B and IgG. These immune modifi cations have a normalization tendency in the 2nd and 3rd months of disease. Severe and moderate forms of acute C viral hepatitis are characterized by the same immune modifi cation, such as easier forms, in cantitative level more increased. T cellular defficiency and immunosupresive situation in patients with acute C viral hepatitis after 3 months of disease constitutes the risk factors in the disease severity. |
