| Rezumat | ||||||
In this article it is shown the quality is the rate of satisfaction obtained through the medical services offered to the patients. It is mentioned that the key of quality management is “the man of whole quality” which represents in fact the implication of the whole medical team to achieve a performance. There are described and analyzed those three types of criteria: structural criteria, process criteria, and result criteria which are used in the measurements of the quality. |
