The article describes the digital competence of the teachers that can be viewed under two aspects: possession of the competence and the method of using it. The characteristics of digital competence are highlighted. The level of possession of the digital competences of the students in the technical vocational education is analyzed and the enrollment rate of the students from the rural and urban areas. As a solution for the development of digital skills, the use of OER is proposed, the national policies for promoting OER. A series of OER is proposed for the development of digital skills. |
