Rezumat

Phytosanitary expectation of pepper (hybrid F1 «Loza», Netherlands) revealed the fungal diseases such as Alternaria porri, A. solani, Botrytis cinerea, Verticilium var. albo-atrum and Micoplasma stolbur to different degrees of pathogenicity in greenhouses (district Criuleni, R.Moldova) and testing some biological agents against phytopathogens and plant parasitic nematodes. Exometabolites of five strains streptomycetes (National Collection IMB ASM) showed the antifungal and antibacterial activities in different degrees. Testing the nematicidal effect of streptomycetes on mortality of endoparasitic root-lesion Pratylenchus penetrans was observed in treatments by Streptomyces sp. 11 and S. sp. 47 at high concentration after 24 and 48 hours.
