Rezumat

The paper presented the rezults of in vitro testing of the impact of bacteria Rhizobium – Rh.japonicum RD2 , Rh.japonicum 646a, Rh.meliloti 19k, Rh.phaseoli F1 and Pc4 with parasitic nematodes of the Ditylenchus genus – D.destructor, D.dipsaci. It was determined that among the studied species are distinguished, by increased nematicidal activiti: Rh.japonicum RD2 , Rh.japonicum 646a and Rh.phaseoli F1, which exerted letal action on the species of parasitic nematodes investigated at an amount of 75-98%, at intervals of 48-72 hours. The Rh.meliloti 19k species did not exercise nematicidal action. Quite active proved to be the Pc4, which caused the letal effectiveness on parasites of 90-98% for 24-48 hours and 100% - for 72 hours.
