The procedure of the uncertainty evaluation was effectuated for Lead determination in
the sediment sample by AAS in THGA mode. This procedure is important for the Quality
Assurance of chemical analysis. Were determined that the maximal part in the total uncertainty
have stages of sample dissolution and Lead determination by AAS. The obtained result
(26,36 ± 0,85 mg/kg) shown a good agreement with referred data (27,4 ± 0,7 mg/kg) of the
investigated sample.
