The analysis made in the article, concludes that the only direct intention, not the indirect one, does reflect the offender’s attitude towards the prejudicial provided by art.165 PC RM. It is stated that not only the material reason may be considered as a motive of the offence stipulated at art.165 PC RM. The other reasons of this offense could be: the striving to satisfy sexual needs; the striving to facilitate the perpetration of some offences; extreme reasons; the reason of saving the life of a close one; the striving to get the victim blackmailed; sadistic reasons etc. It is shown that, within the meaning of art.165 PC RM, sexual exploitation involves sexual enslavement of the victim, by requiring her to provide on the offender’s will some sexual activities.
