Rezumat

As a process, quality management has undergone a wide range of improvements and developments of the program, expressed by researchers in the field. Laying the foundations of the concept as such, Deming and Juran have ensured the continuity of the area development and today the Total Quality Management has become a benchmark in the approach of the processes management related to quality. The derivation of the agri-food products quality involves, through its complexity, various components, both of the managerial, as well as of technical and economic nature.
