Programmed learning technology has been widely used in modern educational system. Programmed learning is characterized by the division of the educational material into small pieces, the inclusion of requirements for the system implementation of specific actions aimed at the assimilation of each part as well as the presentation of assignments by checking the assimilation of each unit, the student being informed about the degree of correctness of his answer. Programming of the learning material is reduced to its strict systematization, which involves the systematization of the student’s actions. Selective or specially formed questions are used as a feedback. In some cases, the student chooses the correct answer of a number of ones prepared by the teacher; in other cases he designs the answer by himself using symbols, letters, and numbers. The issue of the use of tables, charts, algorithms in the learning process is associated with the overall task of managing mental activity of students. Their use not only contributes to the purposeful management of mental activity of students at mastering linguistic categories, but allows providing the student with a solid knowledge and skills |
