Rezumat

In the end of XX and the beginning of the XXI centuries the paradigm of development of a human civilisation that has caused change of a vector of development of a science has progress, the vector became directed not on prevailing influence of scientific and technical progress, but first of all, on spiritual, moral development of a society, a sustainable development of mankind [1]. It has affected and change of a vector of development of a science about materials. Earlier there were three branches of its development: an experimental branch, theoretical and computer simulation [2]. Occurrence of global problems of mankind [1] and, first of all, sharp reduction of nonrenewable natural resources, and also deterioration of ecological conditions, have sharply raised the question about creation of a new branch of development of a science about materials - entropijno-ecological materialogy (EEM). Purpose of the EEМ is the designing and creation of materials with the set properties in the conditions of a mankind sustainable development. . EEМ has two sections: the theory and practice of reception of materials and products from mineral raw materials around its extraction with use of "high" technologies (without use piro - hydrometallurgy). Scientific basis EEМ is research of circulation of substance and materials in the "second" nature. EEМ has two sections: the theory and practice of creation of materials and products from mineral raw materials around its extraction with use of "high" technologies (without use piro-, hydrometallurgy). Theoretical base EEМ is mineralogical materialogy. This section represents special attention of regions and of the countries, it which resources produce. The second section is devoted mainly to research of a way of movement of materials and products from their "birth" and to "death" (from creation inclusive of reprocessing). At the given stage of formation and development EEМ the greatest attention is given to processing and recycling utilization of a waste products by of formation of the centres of extraction of raw materials and materials from a waste products which already exist in a number of the developed countries. In the given work is showing mineralogical materialogy, and also results of making the materials out of tungsten-, zirconium- of the containconcentrates of region Far Eastern are stated.
