This scientific article is dedicated to a very important topic particularly for a State that tends towards democratization: it is "The Responsibility of Public Servants". Or, the Republic of Moldova is a State that tends to implement this principle into life. However, even if the hope for democracy in a State is great, there is no State where this principle would not be violated, in particular the rules of law, and not only by the simple society, but also by public servants, persons entrusted with enormous responsibility for maintaining the welfare of the entire society. Being enforced to follow the law, the public servants must first of all, comply with the law themselves, and in case of violation, bear the full responsibility for the offence commit ted. Therefore, the responsibility of the public servant is to be examined thoroughly by the legislator, in order not to allow the creation of a society in disarray by those that are in the service of the nation – public servants. |
