В статье отражена значимость пейзажа в произведениях писателя В. Белова. Автор анализирует взаимосвязь вида пейзажа и его функции в развитии сюжета и раскрытии личности персонажа. Отдельно рассматривается роль символов в произведении и их связь с деревенской тематикой и темой уходящей Родины.

The article reflects the significance of the landscape in the works of the writer V. Belov. The author analyzes the interrelation between the type of landscape and its function for the development of the plot and the elucidation of the character's personality. Separately, the role of symbols in the work and their connection with the rural theme and the departing Motherland theme are considered.
