Rezumat

One of the most important tendencies of the modern international private law is its unification, which is only possible due to the activity of international organizations — such as The UN Commission on the Law of International Trade (UNCITRAL), The Rome Institute on the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), The Hague Conference on Private International Law. Among the inter‑state organizations there are also some non‑governmental structures, and undoubtedly the most important is the ICC — International Chamber of Commerce. This report contains a short analysis of their activity.

Una din cele mai importante tendinţe de dezvoltare a dreptului internaţional privat contemporan este tendinţa de unificare, care a devenit posibilă datorită activităţii organizaţiilor internaţionale — de exemplu, Comisia ONU cu privire la dreptul comerţului internaţional (UNCITRAL), Institutul unificării dreptului privat de la Roma (UNIDROIT), Conferinţa de la Haga cu privire la dreptul internaţional privat. Printre organizaţii interstatale se întâlnesc şi onganizaţii non‑guvernamentale, din care cea mai importantă este Curtea internaţională de comerţ — ICC. Raportul dat conţine o scurtă analiză a activiţăţii acestor organizaţii.
