There is a circular relationship between satisfaction and motivation. Motivation has an important role, which stimulates improvements and positive evaluation. This will produce satisfaction, and satisfaction represents a support for motivation. After the achievement of the goals takes place the diminution of initial tension and in this way the producing of satisfaction. A lot of necessities don’t disappear after the satisfaction and they are going to appear again. People with a high level of self-esteem have more self-confidence. They control their own resources and fix the goals. They achievement of these goals produce them satisfaction and then it intensifies the positive self-esteem. |
