Management is an area of great interest and of significant importance in contemporary society. Since the beginning of the last century were made much research whose aim is to determine the factors that contribute to increased effectiveness of the work. The conclusions of these studies have changed the approach document management, showing that the foregrounds are psychosocial problems of the individual and the organization. Work motivation is dependent on the nature of social relations between employees and between employees and managers. People need to interact, establish relations systems based on value systems live feeling of the importance of knowledge, skills, personal values etc. A good manager is one who can form and maintain a high morale in the organization and who can organize the work so that the professional expectations of the employees are satisfied. For it is appropriate to capitalize fully ethical management. |
