Rezumat

Massive spread of artificial insemination technology in animal breeding and improving performance requires knowledge of the semen. Semen analysis now knows a complex range of methods from different fields as physics, biochemistry, histology, etc.. Researchers have designed an original field on the metabolism of semen default chemical composition and changes occurring in aging processes, transportation and fecundation. In the context of complex reactions that occur in the semen researchers explain the mechanisms regulating the intensity of metabolic phenomena and how sperm preferential call a certain type of metabolism to preserve energy reserves. In this context, the objectives of research in this paper aimed to investigate comparative metabolic mechanisms expressed by means of the "waxy" the assumption that the degree of morpho-functional integrity of sperm of different species can be expressed by the forward speed of sperm. We have proposed such comparative characteristic speed farword sperm from males of different species (bull, boar). Were studied: speed progressive sperm with various forms of movement.
