The  influence of   BioR administration in  cows, on the functionality of reproduction system was studded. The Bior preparation administration in the different period of   cows estrus cycle was contributed to  reduced  the    puerperal period with 23,93 per cent, the service-period with 23,52 per cent,  comparing with this indices in the control group. The fecundity of cows after first artificial insemination was increased with 7,71 per cent, the calving period decreased wit 7,89 percent compared with the control group. The BioR administration in cows during 5 days, after parturition,  was favorites the yellows  corps evolution in the consequence the reproductive capacity of the experimental cows prevailed the control with 15,48 per cent. In the fameless effective from the studded animals exploitation, are the begs reserves to increase  the reproduction indices; the obtained results justify the opportunity of  use of  the biological active remedies on the but to optimize the reproduction function on the cows.
