Rezumat

Currently, studies show that academic stress situations can significantly compromise the educational performance of the child or adolescent in a school program, more precisely the stress situations have a negative influence on the cognitive functioning of the child, especially reducing memory activity. A stressful environment can be caused by several factors, which place students in a difficult situation, both at school and in the family or social environment. Thus, in order to prevent a decrease in the level of educational performance, it is necessary to identify the risk factors and the level of stress of the students and to intervene in time with concrete actions, in order to reduce the stress and improve the performance.
