Rezumat

The mushrooms are valorous food, which contain proteins, fats, vitamins C, B and other nutritive substances. In their preparation different technologies are used, habitual and industrial. Statistical data denotes an increased number of domestic intoxications with mushrooms in population, especially in case of home preparation. Victims of intoxications become individuals, groups, or all family. The general review of this problem reveals that intoxications with mushrooms which contains hepatonephrotoxic toxins, has a high lethality rate, especially in children.
