In this article Constantin Stere’s opinions related to education in general and university studies specifically are brought to the reader’s attention. The special role of universities in the scientific, social and cultural life is emphasized. The vision of C. Stere related to the right of education is analyzed. The opinion of the constitutionalist about the compatibility of the obligatory primary school studies program with the freedom of conscience is mentioned. Finally, the ideas of the professor related to the right to education as they should be formulated in a Constitution are analyzed. |
